Who turns up
Ellis Cleaning Solutions is a small Indianapolis outfit doing the work most people put off: gutters, carpets, upholstery, pressure washing, and the whole-unit cleans that get a rental ready for whoever moves in next.
A lot of the work is repeat and commercial — laundry rooms, clubhouses and units at apartment communities, on the schedule the property runs to rather than the one that suits a cleaner. The phone gets answered outside office hours, which is usually when someone finds out they need it done.
